Every aspect of the design of the most expansive indoor public pool in Whitefish has been developed to maximize comfort, efficiency, and enjoyment for all those who use or visit. We welcome athletes, community groups and families alike for events, water sports, recreational swimming, aquatic fitness activities, swim lessons or just fun.
Swim Lessons for all ages
The largest indoor public pool in Whitefish offers swimming lessons and aquatic activities year-round for ages 6 months to adults. We all know those first few steps into the water can be tough, so The Wave has staff members on hand who will guide your little one through their first time in the water by demonstrating proper technique and helping them build confidence right away! Teens and adults can enroll in more advanced swimming lessons and aquatic activities at Whitefish’s indoor public pool that match their interests and ability levels.
Community Education Courses
First Aid, CPR & AED
Our First Aid, CPR and AED certification programs are typically combined, giving you the opportunity to get certified in three important areas during one convenient class.
Lifeguard Certification
Become a certified American Red Cross lifeguard! Learn how to effectively prevent and properly respond to water emergencies with the American Red Cross lifeguard training.
Water Safety Instructor
This course trains Water Safety Instructor candidates to teach courses and presentations in the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program by developing their understanding of how to use the course materials, how to conduct swimming lessons, training sessions, and other aquatic activities and how to evaluate participants progress.
