Check-In Information
Please check in at the Front or Back Service Desk before class, whether you are a member or a non-member. Group training sessions are held in the gymnasium, with Thursday evening sessions hosted in the Personal Training Studio. Non-members must have an online waiver on file prior to participating.

Program Details:

1 Hour class.
Participants may enroll in one session or both sessions depending on their needs and availability. Get 50% off race registration on any race distance for taking the class and get a 10% program discount when you sign up for both sessions.
Members:
• One Session: $199 February 17- March 28 or March 31- May 9
• Both Sessions: $359 (This includes 10% discount) February 17- March 28 and March 31- May 9
Non-Members:
• One Session: $239 February 17- March 28 or March 31- May 9
• Both Sessions: $430 (This includes 10% discount) February 17- March 28 and March 31- May 9
Program Overview
The course is designed to Strengthen muscles and movements specific to running. We aim to coach improvement on running form and focus on injury prevention. Classes include strength circuits, power and agility, mobility, and stretching. Circuits will focus primarily on the lower body and core with auxiliary use of the upper body.
