Group Fitness

At the Wave in Whitefish, group fitness classes are designed to offer a safe and motivating environment where all members are free to achieve their desired level of fitness. Whether it’s aerobics, aquatics, yoga, or cycling, our Whitefish group fitness classes are staffed with instructors who are nationally certified in each format they teach, and many are also part of our highly capable personal training team.

Our beautifully designed studios play host to a variety of group fitness classes tailored to meet the needs of our members. We host 80+ group fitness classes at our Whitefish activity center every week in an effort to bring our members and guests the best workouts in an unparalleled setting. We employ the very best fitness and sound equipment, and all the latest class styles are offered as well as the world renowned Les Mills group fitness program. All classes that are offered on our schedule are included with membership unless otherwise stated.

By emphasizing the mind-body connection, Yoga and Pilates both promote “mindful movement.” These classes develop focus and concentration while simultaneously allowing the body to relax and relieve stress. Our pilates and yoga classes in Whitefish both increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Both can result in long, lean muscles, combined with truly functional fitness. Qigong and Easy Tai Chi attract the student looking for rejuvenation and stress relief.
