Rachel has enjoyed being a Personal Trainer for 15 years. She believes in helping people lose weight through permanent lifestyle and behavior change using a technique called motivational interviewing and individual, dynamic exercise program design. Rachel has three years of experience with advanced rehab and pool therapy at a physical therapy clinic and designs safe and effective exercise programs for people with previous injuries post-rehab to reduce pain and help them to return to the game of life. Rachel also specializes in personal training for older adults who wish to improve balance, strength, and participation in activities of daily living.
