  • A two-month program running February and March
  • Group #1: Wednesday & Friday 5:30 AM
  • Group #2: Wednesday & Friday 12:30 PM
  • Group #3: Monday 5:30 PM & Saturday 8:00 AM
  • Group #4: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 PM
  • Two 55 minute trainer-led group (6 person max) sessions per week
